Gas Safety Certificates

Gas Safety Certificates are always issued by CORGI qualified plumbers. Gas Safety checks need to be carried out once a year by landlords. After an inspection has been carried out and passed the checks a certificate will be issued.

Our set rate for Gas Safety Certificate inspections in London is:

£90 for the first two appliances in the property

£20 per additional appliance thereafter

Saturday Rates:

£110 for the first two appliances in the property

£25 per additional appliance thereafter

If a boiler or other gas appliance is found to be faulty a quote for repair will be provided before any further work is undertaken, the cost of the Gas Safety check will still need to be paid for. We carry out Gas Safety Certificate inspections in London within the M25.
